Relative Delay (RD, Relative Delay)
This parameter was introduced by Leontino Gorgia in 1958 in an Italian newspaper. The relative delay is defined as the time, in draws, elapsed between the last draw and the draw in which the number (or combination) has become the most delayed of the moment. In other words, the relative delay is how long it has occupied the first position in the ranking of the most latecomers. The meaning of its value expresses the true and traditional meaning of the term "delay", i.e. waiting beyond the most likely value of absence. It therefore represents the true waiting of the player.
