Level Delay (LD) on Chronological Delay (RC) Ratio

LD/CD is the relationship between chronological delay (CD) and level delay. It is not obvious that a number with a high delay also has a high LD/CD ratio, so it may happen that a number with a relatively low chronological delay has a high LD/CD ratio. Even the way it grows is not the same for everyone, it depends on the difference (constant) between the two parameters CD-LD: The lower the difference, the faster it grows. In fact the RD/CD ratio is a real alternative to detect a prediction.
